Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refund and cancellation handling for Invitesutra platform fees and guest gift payments.

What this policy covers

  • Event pack and subscription refunds are handled according to the terms shown at purchase and our support process.
  • Guest gifts, where enabled, are processed through Razorpay Checkout. Refund eligibility for guest gifts follows Razorpay and applicable payment-network rules.
  • Host payouts are settled to verified bank accounts after successful gift capture and applicable fee deductions.

Cancellation and support

  • Contact support for event-pack billing or platform-fee questions.
  • For guest gift payment issues, contact support with the event and transaction details. We may coordinate with Razorpay where required.
  • Invitesutra may request basic transaction details to review support cases.
