What this policy covers

  • This refund policy applies only to Invitesutra subscription/platform fees.
  • Invitesutra is a digital invitation platform and does not process, hold, split, escrow, or transfer guest gift money.
  • Guest gifts/contributions are paid directly to hosts via UPI and are outside Invitesutra refund handling.

Cancellation and support

  • Users should contact support for subscription/platform fee billing questions.
  • Direct UPI transfer issues must be resolved with the host and the relevant payment app/bank.
  • Invitesutra may request basic transaction details to review subscription fee support cases.
